The county offices are headquartered in the Jefferson County Courthouse at 75 SE C St., nearby courthouse Annex, and Human Services Building at 715 SW Fourth St. Madras. Courthouse, hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, except for the 911 dispatch center and sheriff's office, which is open 24-hours a day.
