For 1.5 megs of storage (1 floppy disk) - This includes as many pictures as will fit, as well as hyperlinks. - $19.00 a month without an Internet Connection through Madras Net, $10.00 a month with an Internet Connection through Madras Net. Add $10 for a one time setup fee. Web page design is available at a typical cost of $50 for a relatively simple design. Page maintenance is available at reasonable rates.
For 4 megs of storage - $29.00 a month without an Internet Connection through Madras Net, $19.00 a month with an Internet Connection through Madras Net, plus $2.00 a meg over 4 megs. Add $10 for a one time setup fee. Web page design and maintenance is available througth Custom Computers at reasonable rates and will vary based on the page design, frequency of changes etc.
Your company can develop its own web pages. The only charges will be a one time $10.00 charge to place the page on the system. You will need to make sure all your graphics are in the same folder (or on the same disk) as the web pages, and that all graphic links are set to work within that folder. (Do not link to graphics in a directory on your hard drive, or on a graphics CD.) If Madras Net has to make corrections to get your web page working correctly, you will be charged $40.00 an hour. Madras Net does not provide technical support for web page development. Consultation can be arranged.
If you would like Madras Net to develop your pages for you, the cost will be $40.00 an hour. A single page with some graphics and special layout would be $40.00 or less (see the storage rates for monthly costs.)
If you want Madras Net to design your web pages you can save time and money by providing text, graphics and photos on disk. However, Madras Net can scan images and logos, as well as develop special graphics. Scanned images will cost $3.00 each.
Madras Net will also do regular changes, such as current advertising, company news, etc. at the same rate listed above.
